Spring Rain is a joint creative project by the married artists Iryna and Taras Dzyndra. It is a kind of dialogue between two forms of art as ways of thinking. An interaction of surface and volume, color and light, geometry and amorphousness.

Iryna Dzyndra is a painter. She will present two large canvases symbolizing the sky, works from the “Vesnianky” cycle created in 2018, which will be exhibited for the first time. She will also show a series of her newest experiments – colorful applications on a textile background inspired by folk ornamentation and symbolism, created in 2025.

Taras Dzyndra is a glass artist. His installation “Rain” is a new work in which he embodies the image of renewal and purification of nature in glass forms. The glass actively interacts with the space, fills it with light, and transforms it. Created in 2025.

Together, the works create a complete environment, inviting the viewer to join the immersive experience and focus on the feeling of transition between winter dormancy and spring rebirth.

The musical accompaniment of the exhibition was created by Serge Kraplia.

Iryna Dzyndra was born in Lutsk.

She received her fine arts education at the Ivan Trush Lviv College of Decorative and Applied Arts (department of artistic painting), 1993 – 1999, at the Lviv Academy of Arts at the Department of Monumental Painting, 1999 – 2002.
