At the time of Christmas 2025, some of us have happiness and celebrate, remembering the birth of Christ. We sing carols, decorate the Christmas tree, meet with our loved ones, put on folk attire and recall traditions. But at the same time someone will not see their loved ones on Christmas Eve, someone has found themselves away from home and longs for it, someone has been driven out of their native land by the occupiers, and at this time it hurts like never before. Therefore, we hope that the Traditional Christmas Exhibition in the Green Sofa gallery, already the 19th in a row, will convey the full spectrum of emotions and will become a multifaceted artistic event, because art is the reflections of society. More than 40 artists from Ukraine will take part in the exhibition.

But above all, this exhibition is a celebration. Entrance to the exhibition is free. So traditionally the Christmas exhibition in the Green Sofa is the place of Christmas art and mood in Lviv.

Exhibition hours: 12:00–19:00, except Mondays, as well as December 25 and January 1.
