Roman Romanyshyn. 03-29.06.2025

Roman Romanyshyn. 03-29.06.2025

There are artists in Ukraine whose genius has been recognized by the professional community during their lifetime. One such artist is undoubtedly Roman Romanyshyn from Lviv.

Almost every gallery wants to host his exhibitions, and nearly every contemporary art collector wishes to have his works in their collection.

In 2015 and again in 2019, the Green Sofa Gallery had the honor of presenting his work.

In 2025, we will showcase his graphic art—specifically, color etchings from several series by Roman Romanyshyn. Most of the works will be from the series At Home, Ethno.ua, as well as Wine, Important Things, and The Cabinet.

After a long break, Roman Romanyshyn created around ten bronze sculptures in 2024, some of which will be featured in the exhibition.

Most of the artworks will be exhibited for the first time, although some were shown at the artist’s solo exhibition at the Korsaks’ Museum of Contemporary Art in Lutsk.

The exhibition opening will take place on June 3 at 6:00 PM. Admission is free.
