Inclusive Art at the Green Sofa Gallery.

Since 2018, Adriana Chukhnii, a 19-year-old girl with Down syndrome, has been collaborating with Ukraine’s first inclusive atelier, Lady Di atelier.

Adriana has always loved painting. Thanks to Lady Di atelier, she, along with other inclusive artists, was able to bring her passion to a professional level. Adriana started working with oil paints under the mentorship of Lviv artist Ihor Stepanyk. Together with him and other teachers, Adriana has already created around 150 works, primarily in the style of expressive abstraction. Her abstract paintings have also become the foundation for a collection of scarves produced by Lady Di atelier, and Adriana receives royalties from the sale of these beautiful, high-quality accessories.

This December, Adriana will celebrate her 20th birthday, and the best way to mark this occasion for Adriana and her support team will be the opening of a retrospective exhibition of her works.
