The Museum is a non-commercial project of the Green Sofa Gallery.

The truth is that it is only a project of the Green Sofa Gallery. Nevertheless the Museum will take place and this conceptual exhibition will be on from the 12th of September till 2nd of October 2011. It is an exhibition of the significant art works of the period of 90s, last century.

The collection is compiled to let the viewer see different art trends represented by the brightest artists of the period. It is important to say that the exposition is formed by the artists themselves, they choose the works that deserve to be in the Museum. Mostly these are the works that the authors do not intend for sale. They leave them in their own collection to pass to the inhabitants. It would be great if such paintings found their place in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Lviv and became the treasure for the next generations.
