The Green Sofa Gallery presents a new solo show by Petro Smetana “Equilibrium”.

Petro Smetana is a typical representative of postexpressionism in Lvivian art.

In his first solo show he depicted colour features of pluses and minuses very emotionally, whereas now he thinks differently: today he demonstrates equilibrium, calmness and nothing extra. His main principle today is the less – the better.

He presents only ten monumental paintings with a simple subject and minimum of details and reserved colours created minimalistic and philosophical collection.
