The most famous and probably the best Lvivian artist-ceramist Olga Pylnyk presented her first personal exhibition in the Green Sofa Gallery in 2007. There were really warm and nice interior objects.

Since then we can observe brilliant and creative development of the artist. During that period she realized numerous conceptual projects with the Green Sofa , Dzyga and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Ukraine in Kyiv and Lviv.

And every time Olga presents a different show.

This time Olga has created “The Alley of Glory’(like inHollywood) – ceramic floor  lamps styled as A-shirts with the embroidered portraits of famous people.

The choice of people was random – just the first faces that came to mind. Of course pop symbols such as Madonna, Marilyn Monroe, Michael Jackson and others. And there will be two plain lamps without the face as a fantasy about “tabula rasa” – consciousness without the stamps of globalised society.
